I had my first lower lumbar surgery in 2012, which failed so I had to have surgery to repair that one and an additional 2 other lower lumbar surgeries as the discs (3 above & 3 below) failed due to the first failed surgery (total of 9 discs). I also had to have cervical surgery (total of 3 discs), which ALL have ultimately failed. After multiple injections and pain medications failed, I was given the last option from the pain management doctors was to insert a stimulator with no guarantees it would elevate my neck and back pain. Updated review: Close to 50 and after about 3 months of seeing Dr. Josh, my back feels so much better. I can now work physically demanding projects all day, drive 7+ hours straight, just stopping for gas, or fly for work from Pgh to the west coast without pain! The biggest surprise and added benefit has been the significant improvement to the range of motion in my neck and hips. I actually feel younger! Being stubborn and ignorant prevented me from seeking help sooner. Don't be like me, get help from Dr. Josh. Sam is awesome too!

I don't normally write reviews but I've been having odd problems with my body for the past 2 years, ranging from odd allergic-like reactions to nausea/vomiting, headaches that last for weeks, lack of appetite, insomnia, I could go on and on.
I've been written off by a lot of doctors, and I understand that my symptoms don't point to one distinct problem in one area, but Dr. Evans takes me seriously and doesn't look at me like I have 3 heads when I tell him what's going on, and has actually provided a lot of relief. I'm still in the process of healing and honestly figuring out what's going on entirely

I’ll admit, I was a huge skeptic when it came to chiropractic relief for my lower back pain. After trying some stretches on my own and having no real progress I decided to give it a shot with Dr Evans.... I am 100% a true believer in the practice, and with the assistance and services provided by Dr Evans after only one week! Knowledgeable in his… field, Dr Evans has worked MAGIC in easing my chronic back issues! I have chronic pain and was skittish about chiropractors. Dr. Josh works within my comfort zone and is a great communicator. He cares about patients, he educates so you can help yourself (good posture and pain causes, options and recommendations without being at all pushy!) He also takes time to listen and understand. I have been to several chiropractors in the South Hills area resulting with no to little relief with severe back pain. Dr. Josh was quick to address my problem and adjusted me back to health. Not only was my pain gone but Dr. Josh showed me the proper stretches and strengthening of my core to keep my back aligned. Just had my second visit yesterday, having trouble with my neck. I already feel better and whatever else Dr. Josh is doing, has helped me walk better. I have had trouble going up and down stairs for years but today at school I went up two flights several times. Can't wait for my third visit tomorrow.

Woke up middle of the night with the worst back pain. Felt like bad crap upper back. Called Dr. Josh's office the same day and he was able to see me within few hours. Dr Josh worked on my back with his technique and was able to relieve some pain. Very knowledgeable on what he was doing. I appreciated how he was explaining each steps and telling me the purpose of each. If you're looking for a fantastic Chiropractor I highly suggest to go see Dr Josh and his staff. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Josh and Sam. They're so friendly, and such advocates for patients. I am a 31 year old with "tech neck" and Dr. Josh has really turned my life around, literally. Dr. Josh is extremely knowledgeable! He is a caring and compassionate practitioner. He has been adjusting me for over a year. He is attentive and always knows the appropriate treatment to use. I recently also took my daughter due to neck pain. Dr. Josh was friendly and helped to set her mind at ease. He explained everything he was doing to her so she knew what to expect. She is feeling much better!

I would highly recommend the practice. I started seeing Dr. Josh after experiencing regular shoulder and neck pain. He and Sam were exceedingly friendly and competent. The appointments were quick, convenient & straightforward - and often times relaxing & therapeutic. The Doc also sent me home with some stretches and exercises to use as maintenance. My symptoms started to improve after just a couple weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks!

I Googled local chiropractors and found this gem. The main deciding factor to try Dr Evans is that he is the 3rd generation in his family to become a chiropractor. In my opinion, the unique perspective and opportunity to tap into years of first hand knowledge can only be a bonus to my care plan.

Picking a new chiropractor is nerve-wracking as there is such variety in quality and it is so important as you’re entrusting them with your spine.
Advanced Chiropractic fit me in same day for a new appointment and really gave me quality care and advice. They took over an hour working on me because I was in pain. I am very happy and will be returning.

Dr. Josh is so brilliant in his practice and he truly cares and listens to his patient. He is so good that even though I live a bit far away that takes 1 hour to commute to get to his practice, I don‘t want to go elsewhere. He is worth the time I spend on commuting.
