Edina Plastic Surgery is accredited by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF), an organization that measures quality in outpatient facilities. AAAASF sets the bar for standards in outpatient surgery and requires surgeons to be board certified, in addition to holding hospital privileges for any procedures performed.
Dr. Philbin received his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire, and his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. He completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Masters of Science in Engineering / Biomedical Engineering Concentration in Biofluid Mechanics. Dr. Christine Stewart has known that she wanted to be a physician since the first grade. While the rest of her classmates cringed and gasped during a video of an open-heart surgery during science class, she found herself transfixed and fascinated by how the heart works.
Dr. Wilke is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. He completed a general surgery residency as well as a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Dr Leigh is great! This was my first surgery ever and he made me feel at ease. Recovery was a breeze, he even called me the evening of my surgery to make sure I was doing okay. The staff that helped me, from the time I walked in to the moment I was wheeled out, were all amazing as well. Highly recommend Dr Leigh and crew!!

I had a tummy tuck performed by Dr.Stewart in August 2021. It was an all-around excellent experience and I am thrilled with my results! I can’t recommend Edina Plastic Surgery enough!! Dr. Stewart is absolutely amazing- kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, upfront about risks and results, and a gifted surgeon. My results (Tummy tuck and Breast reduction and lift) are beyond everything I had wanted. Day of surgery I was very nervous (and excited)- the team at EPS did a wonderful job keeping me calm and took very good care of me.

Doctor Stewart explained what she recommended for my body. She listened to what I needed and was able to give me the best results. Her care was awesome. She made sure that though all the way of my recovery I was comfortable and needed anything or had questions she was able to answer them. After years of looking to find the right surgeon for my procedure (breast reduction) , I was recommended to talk to Dr. Stewart. She is the only one who didn't freaked me out for the surgery I wanted to have. She also didn't disagree with my decision on the size of my "new breasts". She has been helpful and always ready to answer all my questions. I'm 2 months post op and the results are amazing! I can't recommend her enough! The staff and the nurses at the clinic have been always available and friendly.

Dr. Leigh is truly the BEST surgeon. His compassion, knowledge, and exceptional bedside manner is truly amazing.
