This has been our policy for a while but we want to state it again, if we cannot repair your appliance we do not charge you ANY money. Our new policy starting 10-18-2021 Is if you tried to repair your appliance or replaced any parts we cannot service that unit. It's just because we don't know the integrity of the part/parts that was replaced or what was done in the process or not done in the process. So on the call ahead please be upfront about this or we're both going to waste time.
We still offer our dryer clean out special, it is $140+ tax total! We DO NOT clean the vent pipe, this is inside the dryer only but we run a vent test on the vent to see if it needs cleaned. You need special equipment for your vent, sometimes it's on the roof, second floor, crawlspace, attic we do not dive into that.
We do not work with any home warranties and it's pretty deceiving and upsetting that the warranty companies tells you not to tell us upfront! We have countless and countless of stories of bad situations because we're the middleman. We've posted this at least five times in the past two years, we do not work with any home warranties and you need to tell us upfront on the call please.

The guys from boss were great. Matt knew exactly what the problem was with my bottom drawer freezer building up ice in it. Don cleared the the drain plug and removed all the ice, even behind the back freezer panel. They were quick and knowledgeable. I would use them again for any appliance repair needs should I have any in the future.

From scheduling to service call you are dealing with nice people. They care about customers, are polite and honest-thank you Amber and Matt. Once Matt diagnosed the problem, he gave me options and a recommendation. Rather than stirring us to a costly repair which may not ultimately work, he recommended replacement of the appliance. These folks are awesome.
