This is one of the worse companies I’ve worked with in my 12 years of doing hair!!!! I have worked with extenshions for almost 12 years using everything from cheap Sally’s hair to hairtalk and bohame you name it I’ve probably used it. I recently took a handtied class and they recommended Bohyme hair I usually use the silky straight and love it but they were out of a color I needed and recommended the body wave saying it’s similar but after washing it once it was incredibly matted and unusable. There is a reason when you look at the 3" tape in wefts that it has zero reviews and it isn't because someone hasn't reviewed it yet. How do I know? Because I left an honest review on this product (after spending nearly 400.00 on it) and they deleted it. So here I am to again warn people not to waste their hard earned money on this product. They promise remy human hair but it isn't. After three weeks it is such a tangled mess that even putting it in a ponytail yields a rats nest within an hour's time. I've had barbie dolls with better quality hair than this mess

AMAZZZINNGG. I have done hair for almost 10 years , and used many different extension companies to purchase hair for my business and never before have I found a company that has been so consistent in their quality of hair and so wonderful to work with as people. I have never experienced better customer service from any company of any kind, and don't think I will ever be able to find another extension company the same as this one. I have been using extensions for the past 7 years now. And this is by-far the WORST brand I have came across. One month after the installation of my weave they become SO matte, dry, brittle and super knotty. After brushing, the hair would get tangled again right away. Since I spent so much on them I was on a mission to revive them. I tried special lotions, hair masks, oils, treatments, read all kinds of reviews, watched all the YouTube channels. I tried everything, nothing worked. I never have left a review online in my life but I don't want anybody to go through what I went though with this

Do not buy from this company "luxe Remy"!! Bought brand new Bohyme weft of hair from Them and within one wash it was a tangled matted mess of hair. Its stiff, brittle, and completely unmanageable!! My only description i can use for it is it's like doll hair or almost like bleach fried hair that's been melted together. I've used all types of hair extensions from sallys brand to "babe" extensions which is my personal favorite and my stylist went with this company for my new hair weft and that's where it all began. We both have e-mailed to no response from them as of yet. Luckily I have it all documented

I'm not giving this company a one star review for selling 'fake' Bohyme hair. The hair I received shipped direct from Fashion World Enterprises (the company that owns the Bohyme brand). My issue is that they are okay with selling a completely faulty product. I've been wearing Bohyme for years, and the quality has tanked this past year or two. I've had 3 packs of $300 hair go bad within a month. Luxe Remi passes the buck to Bohyme. Bohyme acknowledges that their factories have had quality issues but offers no resolution. Luxe Remi is clearly their largest retailer

I have purchased from this website multiple times and have been very pleased with my experience. I have purchased boyhme luxe and boyhme gold and both were great quality. I also appreciate the fast shipping! I recently ordered an item that was in and out of stock constantly (popular color) and they waited to charge me until they knew it was in stock. I made the same purchase with another company (sunnys) and they charged me immediately and then said they were out of stock. Still waiting on my refund. I appreciate the stylist discount and the website layout is easy to follow.

They are selling fake Bohyme hair! I have bought Bohyme for the last 8yrs and NEVER have I had it turn into dreadlocks in the first week! They ripped me off completely and got $275 out of me for the worst hair I have ever put on my head! So now not only am I out $275 but I'm out the money I paid to get my hair done and now I will have to pay for more hair and to have my hair done again! I've bought cheap packaged hair for $49 that never did this! Customer service is a joke as well. Real Bohyme hair lasts for a good 8 months and never turns into a dreadlock mess. This is the worst

They are NOT selling Bohyme hair, this hair is fake! I bought a package of handtied hair 3 months ago and it matted immediately after washing it twice, I thought it was a fluke and just bought 2 more bundles of hand tied hair which cost me over $500 and paid to have the new hair installed, and its a matted mess!! I use only sulfate free shampoo, it's a 10 leave in condition and a moroccan oil, I sleep with my hair braided on a silk pillow case. Had 3 clients that the new bohyem luxe line hair was mangled matted & shedding badly after 2-3 weeks. Luxeremy.com made me waste so much of my time going back & forth & did nothing except for 1 client . The customer service is terrible I would never shop there again . I have been wearing hair extensions for 15 years and love wearing Bohyme. I used to purchase from retail stores, prefer ordering online since I know what I want and it saves me the extra trip. I have had problems ordering from other websites because they would switch the product shipped to me without letting me know in advance. I can wear 1 bag of 14", but at 18", I would have to purchase another, so I was not happy with the longer length sent.
