We met just over a year ago at a back to school event for our children. We bonded immediately over our moving woes and backgrounds. While we have been fortunate to have lived in some really exciting places, there is a trade off. Moving is hard! Together we have moved over 57 times, lived in 15 states, two countries and sold over 10 of our own homes.
We start every occupied staging project with an In-Home-Staging Consultation. This is a one-on-one session solely focused on your home and everything that can be done to get you the absolute top market value. Sellers often wonder if its possible to have a staged, "model home" while still occupying the house.

Chrissy with New Wave Staging had her work cut out for her with my House that was built in 1963 and was a tad bit dated to say the least.
After my initial walk through with Chrissy, I received an actionable to-do list of some things that were obvious () and other things I had to trust needed to be done. This was done through email with software from her company, New Wave Staging. It was easy to follow and unbelievably detailed. I love how she sent me several ideas and the prices for each item. I just click and it's delivered to my door! She even gave me some local stores to purchase things. She
