We used Sandra and team to stage our condo in downtown Tampa and it came out great! They dropped the right sized and color of furniture to accent the space and it got a lot of attention and positive feedback. We had our house on the market for about a month with many showings, but as the house was empty and we have very unusual flooring which was generating less than a positive reaction by potential buyers. This whole process with Spotlight Home Staging in Wimauma has been an absolute nightmare. They brought in outdated and embarassingly cheap decor (swan towel in the master bathroom, for instance) and everyone who saw the pictures said it was horrible. We had them take out all the cheap looking junk pieces and I asked for a partial refund; she didn't even respond. We had someone else restage the house. Now she's sending me threatening emails. I wish someone had posted this review before we got involved with what I feel is an extremely unprofessional company!

Thanks for the great assistance! After staging a vacant home with rather unique flooring the home sold in a matter of weeks. It was due to Spotlight’s approach on the items used that brought the floors from a negative to a positive prospective. I feel that the home would not have sold without the assistance of the staging.
