I can’t say enough great things about Sarah Trueblood. I first saw her back in August of 2019 and the moment I left, the tools she gave me and the words of encouragement really changed my life. I knew she was going to be the one that I needed in order to heal and I’m so glad that she is still helping me to this day. She has helped me get my life back, helped me understand my past and has helped me look forward to my future.
She is always on time, spends time getting to know me and never makes me feel judged. I never wanted to go to therapy but I can honestly say that going was the best thing

Anon NA - I am sorry to hear that your experience with me as your therapist was not a positive one. The most important ingredient to successful therapy is a positive client/therapist relationship and it appears we failed to achieve that. You are welcome to contact Northside Mental Health with any concerns or questions regarding your reported experience.
