I just closed on a commercial property where I will run my business out of. Working with Dan was awesome. We ran into several challenges with the financing that I most certainly would not have overcome if not for Dan's experience and many resources. We just closed a large commercial real estate loan with Dan Davis in order to help settle a family inheritance by paying cash to equalize the distribution of assets.
