My two children have been going here for years. The instructors and front staff are the best you can find anywhere. Almost every class the instructors give little life lessons that you would wish the schools did. I have recommended this wonderfull place to all of my friends and family.

Our HERO Leadership Program is a nomination program only program that allows students to attend our Martial Arts Classes and special Leadership Classes. We had been looking for a martial arts school for months now. We looked in Spring, Tomball and the Woodlands and we were open to all disciplines of martial arts including MMA and Muy Thai as long as my 7yr old was ok with it. I didn't like that type of martial art because i thought it was too violent for his age and no instruction was given as to when to use what they learn at the Martial Art School.
My son is a good kid but needs to refine his listening skills, and pay attention to directions, he needs less screen time and he does enjoy being around other kids.

We have been part of the Hero Martial Art family since 2015. At that time We were looking for a place where my oldest could learn discipline and how to follow instructions. We found more than that.
Now my Husband and two sons are training at Hero. Hero have been teaching us respect, confidence, discipline, leadership and much more.
This Academy offer Summer Camps, Parents night out and a lot of events for all the family.
They also support the schools in the area.

My son started going to Hero since he was 4. He's about to turn 7. They recently called him to the front of his class and wished him a Happy Birthday plus he broke a board with a devastating side kick. Small act Huge impact! This is who they are! Coach Josh - Great Public Speaker and Motivator! Coach Faith-Great Story teller and communicator! Coach Jason- Great instructor leads by example! My son stutters and is shy by nature. Hero Martial Arts is beyond the best place you can take your child or yourself to learn discipline, get in shape, make friends and learn to protect yourself. Hero is owned and operated by a local badass who will give you the shirt off his back. He could take down most UFC fighters, but you would never know it. His life is about sharing what he’s learned and to help make everyone a better person. All the instructors or knowledgeable and motivating!

More than just a martial arts school teaching proper from and techniques. Students of all ages are taught discipline, respect, confidence, honesty, communication, leadership and determination. Leading by example, Hero went above and beyond during the Covid19 lockdown offering all virtual classes, belt testing, private lessons, equipment for home training (safe distance drop-off) and even personal phone calls checking in on each one of their students.
I knew Hero was the right fit for us when I not only was watching my child have fun at a sport he enjoyed but also taking the life lessons Hero teaches

I can’t say enough about this school! My son has been attending classes here for 2 1/2 years now and he has grown so much! He has gained so much confidence! He truly enjoys going to Hero and looks forward to class every week! The instructors genuinely care about the students and it shows!

We’ve been with HERO MA for over 6 years now. My son, who has Asperger’s, never really cared for traditional sports. One day in 2nd grade Master Josh came to his elementary school to teach PE and do demonstration and my son was 😳😳 and wanted to give it a try.
So he went to the beginner class...
And the class after that and broke a board 👋🏻
And a few years later- got his black belt!! 🥋
It wasn’t always easy. It takes commitment. But the team at HERO is the best... around (that’s a karate kid reference!) and supported our son every step of the way.

Our son attended Hero Martial Arts for 5 years, and we couldn't have had a better experience with professional and knowledgeable trainers than with the Hero staff!! Not only are they incredibly amazing with their students but they literally become part of your family for life!! HERO Martial Arts has been a God send for our family! All of the staff and instructors are AMAZING! Everyone works so well with all age groups! The facility is very clean and organized. Their communication is on point. Their commitment and love for their students is unmeasurable! I cannot imagine better role models for our entire family! We have only positive things to say about Hero Martial Arts and Leadership Academy! The instructors are terrific and their ability to connect and pour into the kiddos is incredible. The program is geared for student success, but not without hard work, and they ensure students are putting in that work. The instructors make it fun while holding every student accountable and teaching them skills and traits that will serve them for a lifetime. Hero’s involvement and support in the community is notable, as well. We absolutely recommend Hero and are so glad our daughter begged to go to that initial
