We offer our 2,400 members convenient banking options through online banking, direct deposit, e-statements, and access to more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs across the country.
Credit Unions have a customer base made up of members. Members actually own the credit union by purchasing "shares" of the "equity" in the credit union. To be a member of EPB Employees Credit Union, an individual must own at least six shares (with a par value of $5 each). To monitor a member's ownership, a primary share account is opened and share ownership is measured by the funds that are on deposit.

Services
Family of employees or retirees of EPB (family includes: grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren). Joint ownership on an account is often confused with membership in the Credit Union. A joint owner can co-own and have access to funds in a share, draft or certificate account; but, not be a member of the Credit Union or be entitled to use any of the services.

Brian credits his father for his amazing work ethic. My father loves my mother and his three sons. He'd work all day at his "real job" then come home to our 30-acre farm and take care of it. No breaks, few vacations, but never complained! Under Brian's leadership, EPBECU has increased membership, made remarkable technological advances and deepened relationships with EPB.
It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved member and former Senior Loan Office Emeritus, Jo Maynor. We wish Jo's family and loved ones peace and comfort during this time. We loved the opportunity to honor Lamar Threat's 18 years of service on our board and our membership elected Wendell Boring and re-elected Sandee Bingham to serve a three-year term.
EPB Employees Credit Union (Chattanooga, TN) seeks a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to assist members with financial services in a professional manner and promote our Credit Union's products and services. This MSR will perform transactions on our members' accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
