Delia Designs is a Philadelphia-based, woman-owned interior design studio. This is a design studio whose work connects with people on an emotional level - through brands, places, and experiences. We worked with Delia Designs during the renovation of an apartment building in Center City, PHL. Working with Tina was awesome and her ideas and thoughts were more than welcome as she helped us transform a tired property into the beautiful asset it is today. Tina was not only super helpful and easy to work with but her services were very reasonably priced vs her work product.

I'm so thankful Tina was a part of the renovation of my 100 year old home. I was a total novice, and had a very loose idea of what I wanted in terms of design. Tina listened and refined my ideas into the perfect mix of form, function, and style and produced a digital layout to show to builders.
Over the course of several months she helped me deal with contractors and suppliers to maintain the vision and stay on budget, which led to a home that my family loves.

We contracted with Tina to support a complete home remodel in Society Hill. In addition to providing thoughtful design recommendations, she liaised with our contractors, key vendors, and architect. Lastly, she provided guidance and insight on how to deal with the Philadelphia Historical Commission.
