I am in the trenches of this thing called life and I absolutely love, love, love living it! It challenges me, and saddens and elates. I have suffered disappointments and enjoyed glorious success. I love nature, my family, dogs (2 poodles, pictures upon request) and friends but, more than anyone or anything, I love myself.
Ontology is "the study of being"; how we observe through our body, emotion, and language. Albert Einstein famously wrote, "We see the world not as it is, but as we are". Our feelings the moments when we react, the words of regret, anger and blame: NO MORE reacting to each situation. Ontology gives the tools to merely "respond" and feel powerful within our truths.
My approach guides clients utilizing the ontological method of life coaching. The core of coaching is developing quality in the present and possibilities for future goals. Becoming a powerful observer in life creates outcomes for powerful and effective results. You can learn the differences between life coaches and those that implement the ontological method within their coaching models.
Molly's recommendations for clients: These are simply works of literature that sparks intrigue and helps develop a more open and observational awareness. This book teaches us when we learn to forgive ourselves and how our choices have impacted lives we will learn how to truly forgive others on their journey.
I request my clients fill out a focus sheet before our first session which gives me an idea if we are aligned. If I feel Im not compatible I will share my thoughts and recommend other options. ONTOLOGICAL COACHING focuses on self-exploration, self-knowledge and an understanding of how our moods affect our way of being.

I met Molly in the midst of my son's cancer, I too was diagnosed with cancer a few months later. Molly was there the whole time, when I wanted to hide, she called. When I wanted to smile and pretend life was fine, she knew better. She didn’t just help me through this, she helped me strengthen my relationships in the process. I highly recommend Molly for anyone who is looking for a life coach and ready to do some real work.
