Every year the Lebanon County Association of REALTORS is involved in multiple fundraising events or volunteer situations to help better our community. The Lebanon County Association of REALTORS (LCAR) has been proudly serving the real estate professionals in Lebanon County and the public since 1926! The Lebanon County Association of REALTORS is "the voice for real estate" in Lebanon County, and on behalf of its over 200 members, we welcome you to our website!
Members of the Lebanon County Association of REALTORS are local leaders advocating for high standards of professionalism, promoting homeownership, and preserving private property rights. LCAR provides the resources necessary to advance members education and to encourage ethical business practices which further the success of the REALTOR as a central figure serving consumers and strengthening our communities.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Lebanon County Association of Realtors. The process begins with the completion of the Membership Application. Forward the completed application, with payment, to the LCAR office. Once the application is approved, Realtor members are required to complete the New Member Orientation program within the first six months of membership.
Responsible for scheduling educational programs such as required continuing education, designation courses, and free learning opportunities (Lunch & Learn, Finance Fridays). Coordinating with the program committee to provide speakers, and administering the local Realtor scholarship awards. Educate the Association members as to the importance of local, state, and national politics and the support of RPAC.
The NAR Code of Ethics lies at the heart of being a REALTOR. Truthfulness in statements and advertising and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS have with their clients. REALTOR members who violated the Code of Ethics can be subject to sanctions by their local Associations through procedures established by NAR.
