We have had Ken appraise property for us in the past. When he heard we needed an appraisal he responded very quickly and thoroughly! In a day or so, we had everything we needed. I’m sure he gets busy and may not always be able to respond that quickly but he does a good job and his fee was very reasonable. Five star treatment and five star review! Thanks, Ken!
