It seems too often women, especially mothers, lose themselves in the course of motherhood, being a spouse, establishing themselves in their careers, and trying to balance it all. We keep pushing our own health and needs to the bottom of the pile as we care for everyone else. Then, we come up for air as our children start to spread their wings and we hardly recognize ourselves anymore.
One of the most important aspects of health is nutrition: we truly are what we eat. Eating whole foods in optimal amounts ensures that our bodies receive the nourishment they need to maintain optimal health. In naturopathic medicine, we realize that there is no one diet that works best for everyone.
Naturopathic physicians can provide you with comprehensive medical care. As a patient at our clinic, we will treat you as the individual that you are. Each appointment will be unique, but here are some general ideas about what to expect from your visits. Your first office visit will be 60 - 90 minutes and will include a detailed history of your current medical concerns as well as a comprehensive medical history.

In Health Naturopathic Medicine shares a cozy office space with Higgins Massage Therapy and EartHeart Healing Arts. In addition to naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, and energy medicine, we also carry a range of high-quality nutritional supplements including vitamins, minerals, essential oils, homepathics, and herbals.
