Went to this place to get my VW'a window replaced after a break in. They were very professional. They gave me pricing options as well if I wanted to get new or used parts. Very honest work and they offered the used window to save me money. I also had them take off the tint from the windows and they did a great job! I would recommend this place for fast and honest service.

Had the Master Craft team work on my Tesla model S plaid! The brakes look amazing! Great place to go!

Do not come to these guys for detailing services. TLDR; after $175 for interior detailing, $40 for Ubering in and out of this place and 4 hours of waiting (after they said everything was ready), I am still seeing dust and easily removable stains in a 2-year old vehicle that I just purchased.
It's not worth going though all the details of yesterday's nightmare. Ronil and Joe might be good at other jobs, but they are terrible at detailing (despite their website explicitly advertising this service). General advice: basic human decency, honesty and respect for other people's time would be great.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My experience was great. I called to remove my T logo and add TESLA and SpaceX to the vehicle. Ronil was able to get me in same day. He was very easy to work with. He check and double check to make sure he was placing logos in correct location. His attention to detail is amazing. If you want service with a smile. This is your place. Even stopped traffic to help me back out. A1 all around.

Ronil and his team did splendid work on my Mini Cooper JCW. Ronil is very experienced professional and provided me with different idea to save the costs. There are many body shops in this area but you should definitely choose Master Auto Craft.

We bought a brand new 2021 Tesla Model Y and we wanted wanted to paint it green - Master Auto Craft did a tremendous job all throughout the process.

From paint selection to completed car took about 7 weeks but wow, it was definitely worth the wait!

Ron and Joe were great in helping me fix my Audi. Unfortunately I had done quite a bit of damage, but by the time I got my car back they had it looking (and driving) good as new. They even detailed it for me before I picked it up!
They also took care of dealing with the insurance adjuster for me so my involvement was minimal. I would highly recommend Master Auto Craft to any friends or family of mine.

I found Ronil through yelp and he and his crew did an excellent job replacing the front grille cover and the passenger side fender liner on my 2017 Toyota Prius Prime. I don't have the before picture but the attached picture shows the parts replaced and it looks good as new. His rates were great and he communicates any issues that might arise clearly so the customer can make informed decisions. He and his crew are also very nice and friendly. I would not hesitate to give him more business and recommend him highly.

After the smog guy Mohammed at AA Smog innBurlingame crashed my truck into the side of his building. I had to put a claim in with my own insurance to fix the whole side of my pick up truck bed. These guys went above and beyond to help me out fighting with my insurance to get the correct repair done I highly recommend they did a great job!

Great Service. They fixed the issue less than 30 minutes. Also really affordable. Don't search for other places. If you live in Bay Area, you should come here for your needs.

Have you met a guardian angel? Yesterday I have had the chance to meet one. His name is Ronil Singh working at auto repair in Burlingame.
I live in Dublin,CA near my sister and her family. They asked me to pick them up at SFO at 9pm when they arrive. I wanted to get there early to grab something to eat before I picked them up. On my way to find parking near a restaurant I hit a curb or pothole which led to a flat tire warning. I bought an aftermarket wing from Germany and researched almost all the shop in the bay area for painting and installation. Although the wing is from a reputable tuner

I had an amazing experience with ronil.
I had a few scratches on my bumper and a broken side view mirror. He asked me to come in a couple of days later so he could check and give me an estimate, which was better than all other estimates I got. He ordered a new mirror and once the part was delivered he promptly called me to give me an appt, and subsequently fixed the mirror.
He also fixed up the paint on the scratches for free.

I have gone to Master Auto Craft twice now and both times I have been blown away by their service and sincerity. Ronil brings a lot of heart to what he does and does his utmost to meet his customers' needs and more, and make sure that his customers are satisfied. I brought my car in for a detailing, and Ronil did a fantastic job, and was friendly and honest. I recently scratched my car on a pillar, backing out of a parking lot, and Ronil graciously touched up the scratches for me as a favor. I am definitely coming back here for more auto needs, and would recommend others to do the same!

I have an Audi A4 and have been bringing my car here for the past 2 years now and won’t bring it anywhere else. Ronil is extremely honest and helpful. Easy to get ahold of and keeps communication and updates throughout the whole process. They do amazing work and go above and beyond without the overpriced work of other shops. I know that when I bring my car here it will be taken care of and come out shining and humming like new. Last time he even found a crack behind my headlight that could have caused water leakage and got my insurance to cover that as well. Don’t take your car anywhere else

I had a great experience working with Ron to repair and paint match my new hood! I requested a quote by submitting it on Yelp and replied with the quickness. I would highly recommend Master Auto Craft. Ron and the staff are very personable and very detail oriented. Joe gave me a ride to the car rental nearby.
Five stars on the work done onto my car. The shop uses all original and new parts.
Four stars on communication, only because I wished I would have gotten notified of the new estimated pick up date, since there was more damage than expected, instead of having to ask myself. However, the shop does text you, which I prefer, so very convenient.
I would highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed with the work they do on your car.

Ronil fixed my car at a reasonable price! Good job and I will definitely come back here again next time.
