Services
Tanai and Wesley work to educate, empower and promote wellness from the inside out and outside in. Healing and helping others has always been a passion of theirs. With over 15 years of experience in the wellness and spiritual wellness industry, the Holders hope to uplift and empower all those they come in contact with.
Comfortable clothing is recommended for the salt room. You may also change into clothing that exposes areas of skin you would like the salt to come in contact with, such as shorts, sleeveless shirts, and skirts. Socks are required inside the salt room. Salt therapy is safe for children. There are no potential harmful effects.

Where do I start… the aesthetic is absolutely immaculate. I’d have to say though my favorite part is the salt lounge itself. Really gives you a feeling of stillness and relaxation. 10/10 would recommend. They also have a great selection of crystals, jewelry, body oils, soaps, all sorts of awesome stuff. Will definitely be back to try some of the other services they offer!

They offer reiki and other energy healing services. They have a salt room full of Himalayan pink salt that you can sit it. They also offer crystals, salt lamps and other great items for sale inside. I love this place and will be back often. Their reiki healers are wonderful and the new heated crystal bed is amazing.

This place is a Downtown Long Beach Jem💎❤️ I love it in there. From the loose crystals you can buy to the Reiki work one can have done for them. Salt Lounge has you covered I can easily spend over a hour inside the store. The owner are hands on just Plain Awesome people ❤️ I've purchased beautiful wire wrapped crystal pieces, special soaps with crystals inside the bar, Spiritual baths which you can create yourself with dried ingredients they have. I have raved about The Salt Lounge to all of my friends and family. I started following them on Instagram because of their workshops that they have often with amazing people. I am so glad I found them! Having never received Reiki and thinking that it would just be some mellow reaction, I COULD NOT BELIEVE what I felt. I literally felt the shifts in energy inside of me. It was insane and amazing! Tanai made a true believer out of me. I feel lighter, more energized, authentically optimistic, it's like a heavy blanket had been pulled off. I attended the first full moon Reiki and mediation session two nights ago at the Salt Lounge. I went in with an open mind and no expectations because this was my first time ever doing something like this. Let me start by saying WOW!! The place was so beautful, new and modern and the air had such a clean fresh feeling, you can smell the salt! There were atleast 15 other people there and they were all so cool and nice. We started with breathwork with Wes and that was awesome, it was enegiznig like a cup of coffee! Then Tanai led us through a guided meditation where we started by setting our intentions
