Where do I start… the four times they rescheduled the initial inspection. Making my closing get pushed not once but four times. My bad five times.. Order a rush report and it still took 3 days to receive results. They got $355, $225, and gets $185 the next time. Seems a bit excessive. My original closing date was 11/5 and it is now 11/24 and it has been push yet again. My offer was accepted 10/16. They have made my home buying process ridiculously stressful. If you have the option of going with a different appraiser please go with them because it would probably be less stressful and mindful of
