Jill is very professional and super light on her hands. I never knew I was getting a not so good lash experience until I met Jill. Other lash artists I've had in the past were rough, my eyes would come out watery and sting a little and the occasional eyelash tugging -- which sometimes hurt, but I thought this was all normal until I met Jill. She's incredibly gentle, she also listens to your needs and very straight forward. I wanted a natural look and she exceeded expectations. Her place is always clean and so zen. I went to see Jill for micro blading my brows were starting to loose their shape due to age. Jill was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Her work space is neat, clean and organized. I have just completed my second visit and she did an amazing job customizing the technique to apply to my specific brow hair and skin type. She did micro blading and manual shading. I will definitely be back when it's time to return and I highly recommend her!

I went to jillienne and I was lucky enough to have she do my eyebrows. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and answered any questions I had. I was going for subtle and natural eyebrows and she gave me exactly that. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend jillienne for your eyebrow needs.

First things first, quick to get an appointment and Jillienne responds very promptly. Her studio is very clean and relaxing. It is very obvious that she takes her work seriously, she's educated in her craft, and is a perfectionist. Unlike the last time i got my brows done, i felt pretty much zero pain! My brows are beautiful and she gave me after care instructions that will help me get the best result. She even follow up called me since I had a few questions which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Jilliene for eyelash extensions for a year and a half now. Her work is impeccable! Very natural and for me can last up to 5 weeks ! It takes me half the time to get ready since getting lash extensions... I don't need to deal with mascara and eyeliner any longer... I am so happy I found Jilliene! I went to Jillienne almost two months ago for Microblading. She did a great job and I've gotten many compliments from those who know I got it done (it looks so natural, people probably wouldn't know otherwise). She rescheduled me the first appointment bc Aunt Flo was visiting that time and she said I would be hypersensitive, so just a heads up. She was very attentive during the appointment and would check to see if I was numb and feeling ok (it was fine for me, but everyone's pain tolerance is different).

I have known Jill for many years. I would get my eyelashes done on and off with her. She used to have great customer service. As timé has gone by that customer service has declined or maybe she only reserves it for a select few. Maybe it's due to her being more busy now. The last couple of times I've seen her her technique and quality of her work has declined as well. The glue is chunky, the eyelashes instead of being placed individually seem to just be placed on top of each other causing a couple of eyelashes to clump together. I found Jill via yelp and decided to give her a call to book an appointment for eyelash extensions. I went in and she was so nice and gentle. She answered all questions I had and calmed any worries I had as this was the first time I've ever gotten eyelash extensions. She made the process very easy and painless. She was very calm and even played relaxing music throughout the session. She told me what things to avoid in order to keep the lashes in place longer and even how to sleep! Lol. Jill is absolutely amazing. I had never heard of microblading or even known i could do anything about my eyebrows. I had shaved them when i was young not knowing that some hair might not grow back... ever. So they were not full length. I met Jill by chance one day and she asked me if i had ever heard of the process.

Jill was able to squeeze me in so last minute and, even though I was her last client of the day, she took her time with my lashes and explained every step of the process to me. I'm so in love with the outcome and will be coming back to her every time I need a fill! I could not have asked for better service for my first time getting lash extensions.

Jill is the BEST hands down for lashes!! She is an expert in this field. I've been going to Jill for over 3 years and will not let anyone else do my lashes. Jill's handiwork is incredible. I'm getting married next month and knew I would be crying like a baby, therefore wanted something that would withstand my tears. I have very thin lashes that has some length (see the pics) but for some reason even the best, expensive waterproof mascara doesn't plump them nor does it withstand my tendency to cry when happy.
Jill worked magic, again see the pics!! The lashes lasted beautifully for three weeks (and could have likely gone on longer but I returned for a fresh-up), note those three weeks included one rowdy, tearful, and very water oriented
