I have used KS to install my Control4 Home system (Which works well) and most recently had them install a Direct TV system for our 4 televisions. They do an excellent job, very responsive, very professional. Direct TV is working great and installation was clean and fast. I have had some issues in the past (mostly my own fault) and they have been quick to respond and solved the issue with the one visit.

I have delt with a lot of AV companies in my years as an Engineer and have found none better. The quality of workmanship is way beyond expectation and the recommendations they gave us for our major church project was spot on. Very pleased with our three new Sonos amps and the Samsung Terrace outdoor TV with Sonos soundbar. The whole process from quotation development through installation was flawless. Everyone we dealt with at KS was helpful, friendly, and polite. I rarely give five stars to anything, but KS earned them all.

We had some issues with our Ethernet lines and rather than call an electrician, I opted for KS based on other reviews and ease of scheduling and I’m so glad I did! Daniel was awesome! He was very polite, professional and friendly. He had to work around both my husband and I (working from home), kept a mask on the entire time, fixed our issues promptly and checked all the other lines as well. We are both very pleased with KS and would definitely recommend them!

KS AudioVideo has proven to be the best company for installation and follow up service for all home theater needs. We have used KS AudioVideo for over 4 years now for various projects. Today Daniel came in to help resolve an issue with our bedroom TV. Realizing our WiFi was not up to date, he recommended and installed a unit to give much more capacity using 5G. This helped with all the cell phones and computers.
I have found that all the KS AudioVideo technicians/installers are professional and knowledgeable with very high skill sets. I highly recommend KS AudioVideo without hesitation.

KS Audio Video is a great company. I made an appointment and met with the Ed, a salesman who suggested we meet at my house so he could better understand my needs and expectations. It was a great first meeting, he understood what I wanted and didn't try to oversell me on more features or products. The install team was the best! KS Audio Video sent three experts to my house, Chris, the team lead and Ryan and Cole. KS Audio Video completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We needed a new lamp for a projector and luckily a neighbor suggested that we give KS Audio Video a call. They responded promptly to my call. I sent some pictures and information to Ed via email so we could be sure they knew what type of system we had and that they had the right equipment to do the job. They got us scheduled for the next day (due to a cancellation) which was awesome! Daniel arrived on time and swapped out the projector lamp in no time. Hired KS to install DTV in our town house, a somewhat tricky install given the location and requirements. Ed and his team did a great job of not only on the install but on working with DTV/AT&T to get us a nice deal . Its not easy working with DTV these days.
The install team of Ryan and Daniel did a great job the first time. Arrived on time, explained the set up and made sure everything worked. They had to come back out the bury the cable, they promptly scheduled the appointment, showed up on time and completed the work as requested.

I recently moved into the LKN area. Found this AV company online.
Very nice, knowledgable, people. I'm particular about every install and voiced my concerns early on with Tony. We remodeled and I didn't want a crew destroying two months of new walls, plaster, paint etc.
In a about a 8 hours they were finished with the three large screen, Sonos SB install and heading to another job. They were fantastic. Friendly, clean, totally Pro from the first handshake to the last.
Highly recommend them!

Chris at KS Audio Video is amazing. He installed our Sonos and Lutron system and truly went above and beyond. He's been back twice since for some tweaks to the system and each time he is such a pleasure to work with always making great suggestions for improvements to the system and audio video in the home in general. Would definitely recommend to others with audio video needs.

Chris is one of those rare combinations of talent , dedication and skill you don't often encounter in the service business. The entire team did a great job, but Chris was the mastermind behind the programming and very much the lead man who took me through all the new equipment. The job was really more complicated than anticipated based on my existing equipment that they had to work with - but they made it work well.
