At Wolf Metals, we like to use cutting edge technology give our clients the best results. Fiber lasers are the newest development in laser cutting. The laser beam is created by an active fiber and transmitted over a transport fiber to the machine cutting head. Fiber lasers are significantly smaller than CO2 lasers and generate twice as much power from the same amount of current.
The Fladder AUT is the perfect deburring solution for small parts processing. The machine is used to deburr parts off our lasers and we recommend this option to all customers to help minimize the chance of cutting oneself. With the smallest footprint, the machine has all of the qualities of its larger counterparts, without negative side effects.
This machine has a bending force of 200 tons on a 4300-mm self-centering bench. It has a total of 8 CNC-controlled axis. The RPL-2 backgauge has 6 axis (X-R-Z1-Z2-X5-X6), therefore, it can position the sheet metal blank and allow us to make precise conical bends up to 65°. The back gauges are CNC-positioned and CNC is a Delem DA 65.
