We charge one simple, single rate and you get a really long list of services and unlimited support. With our Flat Rate IT Support, we provide a 60% reduction in day-to-day issues and our ServiceDesk is available via our "Click to Connect" feature, which allows for nearly instant response times. And, since we can start working on problems faster than ever before, we can also solve problems faster than ever before.
Our clients consistently give us high marks for how fast we get started working on issues. Wondering how fast we are compared to our competition? The average response time for customers of managed service providers nation-wide is 1 day, 3 hours, and 7 minutes. This means we could respond to 108 new requests in the same amount of time it takes the average provider to respond to just 1 service call.
No one goes looking for a new IT company if they think everything is working fine. It's usually not until things start to bubble up to the c-suite that companies get serious about making a change. We want to be your first call and if the problem is with your network copier, we will contact your copier vendor with you. If you contact us because you have an issue with Quickbooks, we will contact Quickbooks with you to resolve that problem.

Service has been great. Over the past 6 years we have struggled with IT providers - lack of knowledge, lack of responsiveness, and bad recommendations. We were to the point of considering bringing IT in house - we gave it one last shot at a company. And ToSolution has been amazing. Shawn has been great through the setup process and is great at keeping us accountable and following up when we don't respond to him - sometimes we need that. As a smaller business (36 employees) it is hard to get consistent and reliable support for our network and IT needs. ToSolution has been fantastic, we have utilized their services for several years in our company and they have not disappointed. They are priced fairly and are always there when we need them. ToSolution in Waukesha has been our IT company for many years. Their customer support has always been extremely responsive and they get to the root of the problem without giving up. We recently just switched over our emails to Office 365. Obviously issues arise with a big migration like this but their friendly team was available all week, troubleshooting and solving problems as fast as they could. Everything was restored back to normal and we're really happy with the results.

The techs at ToSolution are easy to work with and very patient! I worked for a non-profit in 2012 and they used ToSolution to overhaul the entire computer network. It was a big project and they made it painless for us. In the end, all our programs worked properly again. It was also nice to know our documents were safe and backed up.
