Mark is a great DJ! He gives personal attention to each client. Every event is important to Mark as music is his gift. It's apparent when he DJ's wedding and private parties. If you are looking for a DJ that is not just run of the mill, go with Strat Kat DJ! I have known Mark for over 15 years; I would recommend him to my own family as I know he will always give first class service.

What a great time! Just was in a wedding in Austin TX this past weekend and this guy knows how to keep the party moving! I always say that the DJ really is the most important piece of the puzzle because he will set the vibe for the whole night. Well this man delivers! The music was a perfect mix for the crowd we had. Plus he's a ton of fun. If I lived in the area and didn't travel for this wedding, I would totally use his services for my own future events. I wasn't part of the planning with the bride and groom but from what I understand they said it was super easy and fun

Mark is awesome! He dj'd our daughter's wedding this past weekend and it was amazing! He kept the pace going at a good rate, he played music that was requested by the couple, added in selections based on his "reading" the crowd, he was funny but not intrusive! I highly recommend Mark (Stratkat DJ) - he is a pro at what he does!!

I was planning my wedding from a distance and so I never got the chance to meet Mark in person until the day of the wedding. No problem at all! He knows how to have a good time and how to make other people have a good time. I really think (and I may be bias) our wedding was one of the most fun I've been to.
I feel like I was running around so much near the end of the planning stage I was being very vague with details but Mark nailed everything so perfectly. His prices are so affordable, and he brings all kinds of fun equipment!

My first career was in radio, and I know a lot about DJs. Now I am a minister, and I go to a lot of weddings and receptions. I met Mark Miller when he did the reception for a cousin's wedding. It was the best reception I ever attended! Mark had everyone up and dancing, even the cleaning woman, who bolted onto the floor to dance because she simply could not sit still any more. I wasn't sure at first if I needed a DJ for my wedding on 2/22/14, but after several conversations with friends and family I decided to look for one who might fit our needs. When I went shopping for information I found Mark Miller. I felt an immediate connection to him because during our first conversation he asked all the right questions. He really wanted to know about my husband and me, our musical tastes, and how we wanted our ceremony and reception to feel. I was quick to hire him before someone else could!

Strat Kat was the perfect DJ for my son's recent wedding at Texas Old Town! He was great to work with, has a wonderful planning website, and was very good at keeping the schedule organized so we didn't forget anything important! Most of all, our guests loved him, and his selections for music had everyone dancing and packed the dance floor the entire evening. His sound system was plenty strong to fill our large venue which was an advantage over other DJ's. Thank you Strat Kat!

Strat Kat DJ'd my wedding on Lake Buchanan in October of 2010. He did a fantastic job! We cared deeply about the music, but didn't want to go the route of making our own playlist... we wanted to trust a professional to keep the guests on the dance floor and that's exactly what Strat Kat did. He played some (but not all) of our "must play" tracks, none of our "do not play" tracks, and then created an awesome mix of top 40, oldies and even a little country.

I was having a party for my parents anniversary and I asked Mark if he could DJ the event at the last minute. He moved heaven and earth to get it done. I gave him a list of all of my parents favorite musicians and it was like he was playing my dad's old record collection which is long gone. It literally brought a tear to my parent's eyes when there was not one song that they did not enjoy and the guest could not believe how professional he was with all the best equipment and lights.
