I have been in practice for more than 30 years, and I still get excited about coming into the office each day. Being a dentist brings me into contact with people of all ages, from all backgrounds. My old dentist retired and was told to go here. The technician drilled into my teeth and I was very sore for over a day after. Never had a cavity before but the dentist told me I had several and scheduled me for a fill. I started to get suspicious as I did not have any pain and was fine 6 months ago at my previous dentist. To check I went to my old dentist office and had them check on my teeth, they were in disbelief as the dentist and technician said my teeth were perfectly fine. Be wary as this is clearly a tactic to scheme money off of new patients insurance.

Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. Dr. Koberlein always works with me and is very understanding. He what’s to do what’s right and not what will make him the most money. I was between jobs and had chipped a tooth. He told me that I should had a root canal and crown. Even with insurance it was going to be more then I could afford right then. So he did a filling to buy me so time. Now two years later I scheduled for that root canal.

First time going to a dentist after many years and they were so wonderful!!! From the first phone call to my appointment everyone was very caring and there was no judgements. Look forward to working with them to get me back on track. They also took wonderful care of my son as well. The TV for the kids is a wonderful addition! Can't thank them enough!!!!

I can't say enough good about Town Crossing Dental and the staff. Dr. Hollie and Autumn were AWESOME!!!!! I have had so many bad dental experiences in my 53 years that I have come to hate my time in the chair to a point that I have let my teeth go for a long time. With Dr. Hollie, she completely made me feel at ease and not ashamed of my teeth and lack of caring for them. With Autumn at her side, they were both gentle and caring when cleaning my teeth while involving me in the plan forward to correct my problems. They even told me that my insurance covers a fluoride treatment that no other dentist

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, until I met Dr. Koberlein and Dr. Hollie. I can not tell you how wonderful my experiences here with them have been. My past dental experiences have been alright, but at Town Crossing Dental, my experiences have been nothing but exceptional! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and most importantly the office is very clean. I would recommend this wonderful office to anyone in need of dental work.

Finally! I found a dentist office with excellent service, staff and a clean office. Very caring and gentle, wonderful atmosphere. Moved my family over to this office. I even pay a little out of pocket to go here compared to driving across town and having a long wait because of my insurance. So worth paying a little extra. Highly recommend.

The gold standard in family dentistry! Our family has been looking forward to our visits for 25 years. Dr. Koberlein and his awesome staff do indeed provide "Exceptional Dental Service" as their website states. Conservative approach and does not hesitate to refer a patient out to a specialist when that, in his opinion, is the right thing to do. The VERY best in the business when local anesthesia is necessary.
