SAEBounce is committed to customer service! Our goal is simple yet crucial to our day to day operation. We believe in providing customer service the best we possibly can. This is the foundation of our operation; our management team, operation, and field work is held responsible to ensure excellent customers service is the main priority.
Bounce houses are the most popular inflatables we have. This is why we have lot's of them in inventory. We even brought new ones every 6 months to meet the need of Oahu community. All of our bounce houses are made and shipped from US mainland. We maintain our inflatables clean and safe, ready for use each time.
Our combos are mix of wet and dry. This means that some of our combos is permitted to be used with water--much like a water slide. Combos are varies in size and shape. They are slightly bigger than the bounce house so we recommend checking the size of the combos before renting them. Combos are fun to for both kids and adults.
Currently, we have few water slides. But we are in the process of getting more in the future. Because access to water at city/county of Hawaii, this makes it hard for water slides at the park. Normally, water slides are for homes or areas where running water is nearby. Nevertheless, our Dual Fun Slide has been the most popular to have during a hot summer.

This is my new go to bounce house rental place. James is super professional and courteous. He noticed that I rented a generator, and that my rental was at home. We discussed it and he said that he would refund it to me if we found that we didn't need it. We ended up not needing it and he refunded it to me, rather than just charging me for it. The delivery and pick up was also very prompt. I will definitely use them again.
