Austin Cooper was an amazing realtor!! Going into this competitive housing market as first time homebuyers was overwhelming but working with Austin made it so much more fun and I completely trusted him throughout the process. Working with Eduardo was a pleasure. Chris and I were first time home buyers, and he made what can be an overwhelming experience, much easier to manage and understand. When we looked at potential homes, he did a great job of not trying to sell the home to us, but pointing out all of the flaws within the home that could cost us money. My husband and I sold our home in Oak Park approximately 4 years ago. We interviewed several realtors, but after meeting Sam, I immediately knew he was the person I wanted to work with.
