Gulf Coast Crawfish Co. is a full-service Crawfish Boil Catering Company located in New Orleans, Louisiana. We provide service for many events, weddings and parties. In addition to fresh crawfish, we provide fresh Gulf shrimp, blue crab, snow crab, king crab and large seafood boils. We also offer jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and many other dishes.

Our raw oyster bar catering is always a great time, just reach out to our sister company, Lafitte's Oyster Catering. Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Raw Oyster Bar, Char-grilled Oysters, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Smoked and Grilled meats and just about any other type of Southern Food is no challenge for us and sure to please!

Lafitte's Oyster Catering Report

A roving mobile oyster bar featuring salty treasures from Louisiana and the surrounding coastal southern waters. The perfect addition to your party, event or wedding. Folklore has it that in old age, Privateer Jean Lafitte was no longer satisfied by bottles of rum and pirate life. He longed for greater fulfillment and a healthier lifestyle.

Purchased the final pounds of crawfish from Gulf Coast at their pop-up at Miel Brewery. The crawfish were huge and delicious--perfect amount of spice. Some places skimp on seasoning the fixings, but rest assured, Gulf Coast does it right with your corn and potatoes.

Great catering team for all your seafood needs. Used them for a drop off seafood boil for a birthday party. Evan was super nice and very professional. Only thing better than the service was the food. Perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend.

These guys are always at Urban South Brewery so that’s pretty cool, and it might be the best crawfish in New Orleans. At least my favorite!
Good, balanced heat and spice level with citrus and garlic. High quality critters too.

Gulf Coast Crawfish always cooks their seafood perfectly, never over or undercooked. You can tell the oysters, shrimp, crawfish, and crab legs are fresh from the texture and the natural flavor. They are also perfectly seasoned where there is just the right amount of seasoning to accentuate the fresh flavor of the seafood. Did I mention their shrimps are HUGE? Like palm-sized at times! I often eat off a 1lb for a few days, repurposing in omelets, salads, pastas. The servings come with sides of sausage, potato, and corn, and sometimes they'll throw in a little lagniappe. Had the pleasure of attending events where Gulf Coast Crawfish was catering! What great food!!!! Shrimp, crawfish, crab and oysters with all the great flavor and sides to go with it!! Gulf Coast crawfish can boil like nobody’s business. I have been to several events that they have catered. Everyone has been consistent and absolutely delicious! Crawfish, shrimp, crabs. They do it all.

Legit Louisiana crawfish every time. Evan and his crew always have the best boils no matter how big or small. Shrimp is excellent too. Consistently delicious flavors and not afraid to bring da heat. Perfect addition to Urban South Brewery or wherever you can catch them.
