At the age of 7 Mark became fascinated with the art of magic. In the following years he devoured every magic book at his local library, and performed countless shows for friends, neighbors and even at Ford Motor Company where his father worked. He turned professional at the age of 15, and expanded his skills beyond conjuring to include juggling, mime, clowning and other variety arts.
This dedicated development of skills and expertise led to Mark being offered a job in the city of lights - Las Vegas - when he was 20. Following his time in Vegas, Mark continued to expand his repertoire as he worked across the USA, entertaining both private and corporate clients.

I reached out to Mark in the planning for my best friend's birthday party. He completely customized his performance and routine to something tailored perfectly for the event.
On top of the incredible and intimate performance he delighted everyone with (the socially-conscious-party-of-5-vaccinated in attendance), he, as a personality...was such a great addition to the event. My group of 7 had the most SPECTACULAR evening with Mark at the Magic Castle for my birthday last week. He is thoughtful, hilarious, and so passionate about magic. We were all WOW'ed for the entirety of our journey through the Magic Castle. He gave us an amazing tour through the Magic Castle full of history and magical surprises along the way including our very own private magic show. He even came to dinner with us and kept the surprises coming!

I went with a group of friends to the Magic Castle on February 18, and Mark Paskell gave us a private tour/show. Having grown up watching a lot of David Copperfield, it is really refreshing to be able to experience close up magic in real life and not through a computer screen. All of his tricks are flawless and well-executed, and he engages everyone in the group in each of his tricks. If you're lucky, you get to keep a little souvenir (I kept the signed coin, and my friend kept a signed poker card). I would highly recommend checking out both the magic castle as well as Mark's magic performances

Mark deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment he greeted us at the magic castle he put smiles on everyone's faces and then stunned our party with his dazzling tricks. His magic was mind blowing and he always engaged our group in every detail. I can't thank him enough for an unforgettable and magical evening !

Mark is a great educator, performer, entertainer, and showman. I first met Mark at the Magic Castle and he was very engaging from the moment he stepped in the door until the moment we parted ways.
I've been to the Magic Castle a handful of times, but I will say that this was my favorite trip yet. Mark was able to show us tons of pictures on the walls and told us stories about some great magicians, as well as the history of the castle and how the family created what it became today. I've never paid more attention to the decor on the walls because the castle can be a little overwhelming

Met Mark at the Magic Castle and can honestly say he made our night. Not only was he super engaging and full of fun facts and history about the castle, but he performed a show just for us and he was spectacular. I'd highly recommend Mark for any event - he brings the charisma and class of a true performer and he's a talented magician to boot. Thanks for an excellent night!!
