They hit my card for more than $400 when it was supposed to be just over $300 for two rooms. Typical, shady owners that keep barely keep up their hotel and apparently think they're more entitled to your money than you are. Dishonest, untrustworthy and it's a bait and switch scam where they charge you at the hotel for one rate, ping your card a few days later and hit you with an even higher charge, had to cancel my debit card to ensure they didn't steal any more money from me. Absolutely as low as you can get.

The owners at this place are amazing! They made our stay absolutely wonderful. They are so friendly and accommodating. They are slowly updating all rooms and I love that this location is just a short drive from Old Orchard Beach. We can’t wait to go back! Nothing better than receiving 5 star service from the owners themselves! That shows they really care about their guest. Can’t wait to go back!

We booked last minute and got a suite (king, twin, kitchenette) for cheaper than everyone else was charging for just one queen bed in their run down motels.
Owners were very friendly and personable. Called to confirm our reservation and she was super nice. Room was in good repair and very clean. Old TV and interesting room set up, but I liked it! It was different than most and charming. Could park right in front of our room. Had old school highway motel feel and appeal.
They have a pool which looked inviting for warmer weather. Convenient location
