Jai Medical Center's mission is to provide high quality, compassionate health care to the people of Baltimore, regardless of their ability to pay. All Jai Medical Center locations accept Medicaid, HealthChoice, Medicare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Department of Social Services Disability Determination vouchers, foster care children, the homeless, and we offer care to the uninsured on a sliding fee schedule, based on the patient's ability to pay.
Jai Medical Center offers a variety of primary care services* for adults and children, including:. HIV/AIDS Counseling, Diagnosis, Treatment and Treatment for other Infectious Diseases including Hepatitis C. My experience here was Great, I went for my blood work and usually I’m scared of needles but when I tell you I didn’t feel a thing this time. I said praise God, because I was about to start crying (don’t judge me) yes I said it. My tech Was Chanelle Greene. She’s very relatable, professional and knows what she’s doing. Will definitely recommend my friends and family here.

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to JAI. Zenobia, the Office Manager, is the best at taking blood samples. She never has to stick me twice. She is also good at resolving conflicts between the patients and staff. I believe that the staff is pleasant and professional because of her leadership.

I have been a Jai Medical Center patient for many years .My experience with Jai is great My best experincee was with Nurse Tech Vanessa when I got a check up and was told I needed a procedure to be done .I panicked .Vanessa assured me I would be ok .She helped me to understand if my doctor said I would be ok. Then there was nothing to worry about .She was right. Her care and concern and patience with patients like myself is exceptional Vanessa takes her job very serious
