Just had a great experience with Alain. From the time I put in a request on the Rheem website to Alain showing up at my door was about an hour. When you lose hot water, time matter. Price was reasonable, service was quick and professional. Would use again.

They sent me a defective tankless water heater. Even though it says they'll cover shipping on their website, they're making me pay for shipping and aren't even guaranteeing they'll refund my money. If they can get it to work they're going to send it back to me. Not sure where to go from here.

I have used this company more than once over the years and they are very helpful as well as professional. The gentleman that came to install our tankless water heater was very professional, meticulous, tidy and informative. He explained everything and answered our questions. They have been around for a long time and I suggest to inquire about their services before making any decisions on other companies. We did that and most other companies were not very helpful nor did they answer their phones!
