Tankless Water Heaters must be installed by a licenced professional who has obtained the appropriate permit[s] from your local municipality to insure code compliance. You, the buyer, must do your due diligence prior to making a purchase. Check with a licensed electrician to conduct a load calculation first.
There is at least one thing we know for a fact. The word "tankless" is not in the dictionary! It has however, over the years, become a term that is well known in the industry. In fact, according to several trending sources, the word "tankless" is one that actually registers on their scale of trackable search terms, which is no easy feat.
Adjusting the temperature on a Titan water heater is simple, however, there is one very important thing that you need to do first. The red and blue buttons on the front of a Titan water heater only respond if the heater's flow switch is active. In order for that to be true, water has to be flowing through it.

Had a problem after post installation and unit wouldn’t work. It was 11:30 pm and I noticed on the installation manuals a phone number accepting call until midnight. I called right away and I got a response immediately. Was not expecting it at all. My problem was resolved which was most important. I highly recommend tankthetank team for their professionalism and prompt response.

Excellent customer service! I have been using tankless Water heaters for about 12 years. When I have a problem, these guys always get me in and out super fast and are extremely knowledgeable. What a great company to buy a tankless hot water heater. First off I called the owner who answers his phone. I bought the wrong tankless hot water heater. I called Chuck and he has a great knowledge in electrical and told me that I had the wrong item. He then set me up with the right product and walked me through how to set his product up without using an electrician because of his knowledge in not only selling the product but to install it. No other company I have been associated with goes out of his or her way to take care of the customer. I can't say enough about this company and the owner.
