Bought a brand new ride on husqvarna mower here last year. Took it in for service over a month ago and absolutely no service. Going to pick it up and move to another company. Horrible.

The location was rather easy to find and well marked. The parking lot was accessible and clean as was the store front.
The best part of the experience was the staff. They were welcoming, pleasant and extremely helpful. They took the project in and provided a reasonable time expectation. All questions were answered.
I would recommend this shop for small power tool (gas/electric) repair or sales.

New generator had issues, out of the box. Sierra Saw was closest contracted repair center. Showed them the issue and waited for call. Repair tech called, couldn't duplicate issue so I walked him through it on the phone. Went to pick up the unit and Sierra Saw charged me, saying it wasn't a warranty issue. Paid then and there or they would have held the generator. Upon getting unit home, it STILL is malfunctioning and manufacturer states Sierra Saw should NEVER have charged me. Turns out I'm not the only person Sierra Saw has done this to. Apparently charging a customer at the counter is easier

Wow! One of the few saw shops in our small town of Auburn just ripped me off. Warranty repair on brand new Husqvarna blower turned into bill the customer for absolutely nothing. Sadly I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

My wife and I have been coming to Sierra Saw, off and on, for over 20 years. Three years ago they resurrected a valued Shindaiwa Weed Eater after I thought I had burnt it. Excellent service and timely delivery. last Saturday (7/27/2019), I went to get a new string head for the same Weed Eater. I came in at 12:20pm, and they took care of me right there and then before their closing time of 1:00pm. And in addition they cleaned and greased the motor. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

I have been a long time customer of Sierra Saw for years having purchased lots of equipment here. Not sure what has happened with the service department. They have had my riding mower for 6 weeks now and claim they are still waiting for parts (a muffler-really?) that I can get on Amazon with overnight delivery. When the parts get there I am told I will go back in the queue. Probably what is more irritating is the attitude when I called for a status. Basically tough beans. Really disappointed.

Terrible service..took 6 weeks for a repair, wrong part ordered had to wait another week then still not repaired correctly. Wanted to charge me $51.00 for a pickup that was covered under my warranty. Back in the shop to a different repair place. On my invoice it said,"customer rude". What kind of good business practice is this?? Need quality repairs and good customer service? Call someone else.

If you're a professional, go elsewhere. If you are Joe home owner who has below average expectations, these are your guys. Went in to buy a box of large files, didn't double check what they gave me and got a box of small files. Went in to get the right box and the lady who rang me up says 'I thought you wanted smalls.' Then they pull up the receipt and she charged me for larges. Either she's a liar or incompetent, I don't know which is worse. As a professional in the tree care industry I've never had as many problems anywhere as with these people. Nothing is ever in stock and service on equipment

Wow buyer and customer beware. Had our equipment for over 6 weeks, while part of that was due to back ordered parts their was NO communication regarding the unit. When returned they attempted a bait and switch. Removed and damaged blades that were not necessary to replace the broken part it when in for. They then refused to put the blades back on stating they were originally "installed correctly." However we wouldn't have been able to mow 3 acres weekly with "backwards" blades. Beware. Slow. Distrustful. Uncommunicative. And down right awful. If you want your machine back in worse shape then it

I took my Craftsman pressure washer in for warranty repair they said it would be 5 weeks. (Anything bought there was 1-2 weeks.) After delays, excuses, and many phone calls, it was finally repaired at the 9 week mark. It needed a$7.00 part that required less than 45 minutes to repair. Very poor service to raise middle finger to equipment not purchased there. If you don't want to offer possible new customers great service then I guess Sierra Saw doesn't need my business ever again. They obviously don't want any new customers. NO PROBLEM!
