I'm a photographer serving Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding areas. I've been photographing since high school, which is far longer than I should probably admit (ok, it was 1999). I have a hard-working husband and two adorable, sanity-testing offspring-affectionately nick-named Turbo Tot and Sassy Pants.

I know it sounds clich, but kids grow so fast, don't they? I mean, wasn't it just yesterday that they were itty-bitties, full of tiny snuggles and smelly diapers. Well, ok, some things, we feel fine with leaving behind as our kids age. But mostly, we want to remember all the uniqueness of our kid as they go through each life stage.
Why in the world would anyone want to do a boudoir session? Well, Most of the time we say that we're doing it for someone else. I mean, turning the session into a marriage gift or a Valentine's surprise is a great way to hit two birds with one stone, right? But the first and most important bird of the pair is YOU.
It is amazing how fast baby changes in the first few days of life! Within a week, baby starts plumping up and filling out. Within a month they start collecting their rolls and being more alert. There is a special look to the first couple of days earthside that can only be captured with a Fresh 48 photo session.
You spend the better part of a year (at least!) solidly planning your wedding day. For many people, it's something they dream about and slyly plan for years. All that effort (and expense!) is over and done with when the sun rises the next day and you will be left with TWO everlasting things: your marriage, and your photographs.
