I would have given these guys a 5 yesterday as I've been using them for years, but I'd give them a 1 after today's experience, so that's why I'm averaging it out to a 3. That said, apparently it's very important to know who you speak with on the phone when scheduling an appointment as I was reprimanded by two of their employees this morning for not knowing who I spoke with 3 days prior. The second employee snapped at me "As soon as you figure out who you spoke with then we'll be able to help you" as he turned around and walked out the door. Turns out, it was that same employee who I spoke with
