Perfect day !!!! Reserved the Chrysler 300 with Dave for a event this past weekend and couldn't be happier . From the planning to the price to the service and professionalism that came with it .... I was at ease knowing I picked the right company to make the day even more perfect . I hired Russell Limousine to help plan a surprise birthday party for my wife. I can't recommend it enough. I spoke with Dave, the owner, and working with him was easy from start to finish. He took time to explain everything so that there wouldn't be any kinks on the night of the surprise. He showed up on time as promised, and the limousine was immaculate with all the bells and whistles. Dave was great to work with. I highly recommend him.
FYI, he is also the owner of Charmed Limousine, so if for some reason you can't get through to him via Russell, try Charmed also.

My wife and I booked through Russell Limousine for a date night trip to the city. Dave showed up early with a clean limousine ready to go. We had to go from Morgan Hill to San Francisco and he was great at navigating traffic to ensure we made our reservations on time. We were extremely happy with the service we received from Russell Limousine and will definitely be calling them again.

Dave was very professional from the start. After asking some clarifying questions, he provided a clear estimate of the costs. He arrived on-time and was gracious with his waiting time. The ladies all enjoyed the ride as he was personable and patiently explained the operations of the console inside.
I would definitely recommend Dave next time around.

Thank you Dave for making my daughter's bday that much more special. For those looking for stretch limo service, Russell Limousine is the right place. Rate was reasonable, Dave was professional on all fronts. He was punctual from pickup to drop off. He arrived 15 mins before the scheduled time and parked the car nearby until the appt time. The return trip based on the itinerary I provided ended earlier, but Dave took the group for a longer ride back home ensuring I got the full time paid. All the positive reviews I've read prior to engaging Russell was on the dot. Highly recommend this

The entire process from beginning ing to end was great! The limo is in great shape and was exactly on time for our pickup. We really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of champagne and it was very good! We went just a little bit over our time that we had originally planned for but it wasn't an issue at all. Very great service and we will definitely plan on using them again!

Dave did an amazing Job on our wedding day. He was at our first location on time waited for during the ceremony and make multiple trips while we were taking pictures to drop off additional guests in the limo and the price was right. Champagne and waters were in the limo, limousine was clean inside and out. Thank you Dave I making our day

Dave did it again! We used Russell Limousine for another "night on the town," and I had to update my review!
Dave was ON-TIME, professional, VERY courteous, and offered wonderful options in the car to make our trip even more enjoyable, like Bluetooth capability, and several charge cords for our cell phones.
I've said it before, but it needs repeating...choose Russell if you want to be treated like a genuine V.I.P!

We are so glad we went with Dave at Russel Limo. He answered his phone quick and is always ready. He made me feel sure that this part of my wedding will go smoothly. On the day of the wedding everything went as planned and we couldnt be happier.
Dave rolled out the red carpet for us. His ride was awesome, the AC was blowing cold. He had iphone plug and aux so our bridal party could ride in style. W had cold drinks and champagne in the back. Dave hooked it up!
Will def recommend this limo service.

Bob was very courteous and professional. Was open to small changes to the plan and made my wife's surprise birthday dinner a blast. Everyone in our party was happy. On top of that, even after Bob warned me to make sure we didn't leave anything, I in fact did. (One of my wife's surprise gifts.) He was able to find it and returned it to us promptly.

Bob was very professional on the phone. He also gave us a flat rate, no extra taxes, fees, or hidden charges.
He had champagne, sodas, water, and lot of ice in the limo, and you can plug in your iPod (or just your phone) for music which was great.
He was on time, and was able to get us into San Francisco in less than an hour from San Jose. We were able to go to an extra bar after dinner, and he was ready for us right at the departure time.
Russell also went with the flow, we had someone in our party who needed to stop multiple times on the way home and he was able to handle it well.
