As one of the co-founders of Custom Works, Nick brings extensive sales and management training to the company. Calling on over 25 years of experience in the AV industry, he provides a friendly, no pressure sales approach and is active in all aspects of the business. His tireless commitment ensuring every client is completely satisfied has enabled him to cultivate solid relationships with their clients.

Home Theater and Surround Sound has evolved. By using the latest Dolby Atmos technology we are able to create a fully immersive viewing experience. This newer format places effect speakers overhead, or strategically placed near the screen to create a new three dimensional listening environment for the ultimate Home Theater Room.
We understand clients want a SIMPLE, great sounding music system to enjoy their favorites throughout the home. Imagine the ability to stream your music while other family members listen to something completely different in another room. Using the free Sonos APP users simply select the room they want, then from the Music menu select the music stream of choice.

Custom Works is a first class operation worthy of my highest recommendation. My initial introduction to Nick came through my builder for some low voltage (ethernet/audio) wiring, a 5.1 system for my living room, and the pre-wiring for a space in my basement I eventually wanted to use for a theater. They did an install for me at move in and I was very happy with their work. In the winter of 2021, we started planning my theater. Custom Works has great carpentry and paint partners for the design and build work and you can trust they are aligned with true professionals. I did my homework on the speakers

We hired Custom Works to design and install the AV for our new home theater project. Nick and his team absolutely exceeded our expectations. Despite the smaller size of the theater, roughly 12x16, Nick managed to put together a 7.4.4 system that sounds incredible! That's such an understatement... the system ROCKS! I've never been in a theater that sounds this good or that manages to so completely draw you into the show. I usually don’t do reviews but I thought Nick with Custom Works deserved to be commended. My husband and I felt comfortable with Nick from the first time we met him and we trusted him that we didn’t even bother to look at other A/V companies. We trusted his recommendations of the components and equipment for our home theater and we are glad we did. Nick and his team at Custom Works Audio-Visual were professional throughout the renovation of our home theater. From the first phone call to Custom Works until completion of the project 6 weeks later, Nick and his team were responsive, friendly and the workmanship was top quality. When I called the first time I spoke to Nick, my project manager. This was followed by an in person visit with Nick and Robert the carpenter to discuss the project in detail. They listened very carefully to what I wanted and gave me a few wanted suggestions. Perfect. I presented them with pictures I acquired from the internet to show them what I like.
