It's possible that a nonsurgical root canal procedure won't be enough to save your tooth and that your endodontist will recommend surgery. Endodontic surgery can be used to locate small fractures or hidden canals previously undetected on X-rays during the initial treatment. Surgery may also be needed to remove calcium deposits in root canals, or to treat damaged root surfaces or the surrounding bone of the tooth.

Dr. Latifi is a gem - she is so kind, deeply knowledgeable, and efficient and is great at explaining the specifics of the patient’s treatment plan before, during and after the procedure! I had a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting given the circumstances that land you in the endodontist’s office! 100 percent recommended. I hope I don’t need another root canal, but if I do, I will be going back here.

Dr. Latifi saw me yesterday for a root canal as a result of a referral from my regular dentist. I was amazed that she was able to right away identify the problem and made such progress in that one afternoon. She was very skilled and I appreciated the way she explained everything and her interest and care. She and the staff were courteous and and friendly. Overall, I am confident they will give me the best care possible.

Drs. Delany and Moiseiwitsch took very good care of me. I came to the office in a lot of pain. I was referred by my dentist Dr. Kelly who I trust and have been going to for many years. I had a root canal that had become infected. Dr. Moiseiwitsch got down to the cause of the problem right away and not only alleviated all of my pain but he was somehow able to save the tooth as well. The tooth was reimplanted. The staff was courteous and friendly. There is an artistry in what they do in the offices of Drs. Delany and Moiseiwitsch. If your looking for an expert endontist, I highly recommend this practice
