What a wonderful pool company. I contacted Victor the owner of Blue Koi Pool Care about a tile clean, acid wash and filter clean. He came to look at our pool and gave us a quote, which was affordable. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The work was completed and we are more than happy with the results. Victor is very professional. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Victor and his crew were great- very punctual. He went out of his way to make everything right and I appreciate that. Being the owner of a house with a pool was very overwhelming for us when we first moved in. We initially found a pool company that was located in the neighborhood but were quickly dissatisfied with his service. Then one of my neighbors recommended Blue Koi Pool Care. They show up on time every week and do an excellent job of caring for our pool. They answer any questions we have, and are very professional and courteous. Our pool has never looked better and i would highly recommend Blue Koi to anyone needing pool maintenance.

Victor and his partner did a great job acid washing and tile cleaning our pool. His knowledge of the business is clearly demonstrated by his explanation of each step along the way. His service was prompt and thorough. He communicated with us throughout the process. He even took the time to look at our pool light which was not functional and now is. If anyone is looking for a pool service company i suggest everyone to do their research on company's they are hire. With the help of Go Gilbert i was suggested Blue Koi Pool Care. After many many month of great service my tech was removed and replaced with a new one where i had nothing but problems from not testing equipment to cleaning my filter on my deck and rinsing all the DE into the landscape rock i was forced into collections 5 days after i sent an email canceling my service. We paid $1200 for a new Pentair pool pump after our Hayward pump failed this summer. Before Victor quoted us the $1200 he took a look at our installation and saw that the control panel of our Hayward pump had been relocated onto the wall of the pump house.

When we ordered the new pump he also tried to sell us a new filter for $1,299 - we told him that our old filter was working fine and that we didn't need a new filter.

Pool service started off good then after a few months service drastically declined. Pool began getting cloudy, filter was not backwashed on a regular basis. Technician showed up one day after a storm and just left and did not perform service. Pictures attached. Then I received my monthly invoice on 10/31 and on 11/1 one day later began receiving messages about paying and then on the 2nd two days later he tried to charge me a $25 late fee. I paid this invoice 2 days after it was due and victor never returned to service my pool not even a message saying he was not longer going to maintain my pool

They were great at first. But then we noticed they stopped coming once a week and started coming maybe once every 2 weeks. It's pretty easy to tell when you're working from home who comes through the home. Then they raised their prices. After this we decided to cancel. They didn't tell us that we had to pay the month we canceled in(not sure how that works considering we're paying for a month we're not getting service).
