Took our lawn mower here to get it fixed. Cost about $250 to get a new belt put on the mower. They told us they would come and pick up the mower at 10am. Come to find out they didn’t come and pick it up until 1pm. They told us it would take about 5 days before we would get our mower back. 2 weeks later we still don’t have our mower and our grass is up to our knees. So we called everyday until finally after the 4th day they said they would bring us a mower to use until our mower is done being “fixed”. Well it’s now been over a month and they still don’t know when it will be done. Most

I was in the market for a new garden tractor.I went to work made a few calls.I live in new london.I called my local husqvarna dealer 1 mile from my house. They were not very pleasent.NoDeal I then called ashland tractor we pretty much had a deal over the phone.i now have my new tractor same day delivery .very pleased with the whole experience. Buyer beware of "new" machines being sold that are not new, but used machines with new hour meters installed. Are you a small business owner who would like your credit rating read aloud to the front office and all your financial decisions mocked behind your back? This is Definitely the perfect place to apply for that equipment loan, then. While you are visiting the store, stop in and talk to the front employees, who just might proudly brag about taking thousands of dollars from the elderly owner, with no intent to ever repay.
