Excellent service and outstanding outdoor equipment! Mindy was awesome as usual! Our go-to place for STIHL equipment! Gonna be getting another chainsaw and that will make 4! Incredibly one of the rudest retail encounters I’ve ever had. Not only unhelpful but downright critical of me because I was looking for a battery for a lawn tractor that was not a brand they carried. I was practically chased out of the store as the woman I looked for help from could only tell me that they’re not a dealer for John Deere. They use the same batteries as every one else. Guess she wasn’t aware of that somehow.

I put a down payment for a zero turn mower, but after a day to think about it, I realized I needed a lawn tractor. I called Michelle as soon as I decided this.
I figured I would probably lose the deposit or receive a store gift card, but no, they completely understood and returned my cash deposit. To me that shows just how good this business is. I totally recommend anyone needing their products to go there.
