My journey to the sacred started in 2006 when I realized that underneath my seemingly successful life, I was in tremendous pain, but I did not know why until I took my own "Journey to the Sacred".
I had done everything I was supposed to: graduated college with an emphasis in Anatomy/Physiology, Psychology and Chemistry, scored the corporate job at a major pharmaceutical company with great benefits, six-figure salary, bonuses, and stock options, built a beautiful custom dream home, jetted off on exotic vacations, committed to a long-term relationship, and in lieu of the required 2 children, I had two adorable cats - yet I felt trapped, lost and empty inside.

While my visits with Cara spanned just a few months, the effects feel equivalent to five years of talk therapy. She took every measure to assure my comfort, asked all the right questions throughout each session, truly listened, and provided invaluable input through both speech and reiki that helped me contextualize and alleviate myriad unresolved traumas. Cara is truly amazing and healing. I started noticing a very significant change in my energy/mood/emotions almost right away, and walk away from each session feeling really refreshed. I had hoped, (but did not actually know,) that it would be possible to feel so much better, but I am so happy I took the step to see her. I started seeing Cara a few months back and now my husband and I see her regularly. Recently, when we did our yearly budget we added her as a line item.

At first I thought I would just “try” energy healing, but did not think it would make a real difference. I was Wrong! I’ve been going to Cara now for six months and the emotional calm and healing that I have experienced has been life changing. Cara is easy to talk to and just always says what one needs to hear and how to unblock what takes us down; rare in this world she is!! I came across Cara’s healing service after reading a book by Barbara Ann Brennan, whose energy healing work I really resonated with. I found Cara via B. I have always had wonderful experiences with Cara’s hands on healing- both physically and emotionally. I was nervous after I moved away from the area, had a total hip replacement and needed Cara’s Help in healing.
I had no reason to be nervous. Cara connected with me first through the phone and then.... I don’t know how to explain it. She was not there with me but I felt her healing energy throughout the session.
Following that session I no longer needed my prescribed pain medications. It was an amazing healing experience. I am thankful to have this caring, experienced healer in my life
