My husband and I began our search for a home in March, during Covid in a hot market. We reached out to Tim and gave him a location we were interested in. We quickly realized we were priced out based on the fact that the market is so hot- you have to overbid to win. As a first time home buyer Tim wasn't too pushy nor was he passively aggressive toward us in making decisions. He journeyed with my wife and i through the process of finding a home and was patiently willing to search with and for us no matter how long it took to find a home. Tim recently helped my finance and I get a house. The market proved to be a challenge and made it so we had to act fast to gain any traction.
