Wonderful! Amazing! Superb! I could go on and on, it's such a great place. I highly recommend A1 Medical for wheelchair rentals and whatever else you may need. The prices are very reasonable but, more importantly, the staff is *chef's kiss* incredible. You can tell that they really care about helping people. I find myself almost lost for words with the exceptional service that I received from this business. I sprained the ankle and went to the ER and I was basically on my own from there. My mom said there was a medical supply store on lake worth rd and googles and A1 popped up.
The manager of the A1 was phenomenal he measured me for proper fitting, taught me how to use the boot and suggested to get a lane for extra support! We built a great rapport and I can say I would do business with him time after him if I ever need anything medically for myself, family and friends.
Also his prices are very reasonable

Wow!!! Is the first word that comes to mind
When we received word that my parents needed help in Florida my sister and I flew in. When we got to their home We realised we needed help. My Dad had a no weight bearing break in his leg and happens to be a very large man. My Mom is a tiny women so navigating between chair, bed and shower was impossible. We were so lucky to have found A 1 medical. Danny was a wealth of knowledge wrapped up with compassion. He took the time to know his customers and their needs. He patiently helped us try different solutions. He was quick to say No that will not work

This store is a godsend! The owners are angels on earth. I needed a wheelchair to transport my wife to cancer treatments and I called at 4:45 to see if they had what I needed. They did but they closed at 5. She said she would stay open for me! I got there right at 5 but instead of rushing through the sale to close, the owner took me outside and showed me how the wheelchair worked and how I could get it up and down one step safely and took all the time I needed to be comfortable. (Our house has one step up at the front door.) Both of them listened to me and asked me how else they could help. I have

Danny is not only extremely knowledgable and will give you so much time and attention, but he is also one of the most decent human beings I have ever met. A problem solver, he put me at ease on the phone when I called for information - so much so that when I decided to purchase a hospital bed from his store I wanted to go in person to pay for the bed and meet him to thank him for being so kind. The staff are super helpful at this store. While another staff member was helping me with something, I could hear Danny answering multiple phone calls, and he was so patient and kind with each person. I mentioned how impressed I was with this, and he said "People call with concerns and I just try to help them the best I can." I'm not an expert at medical supply stores, but I do know excellent service when I see it and experience it myself, which I did at A1 Medical Supplies.
