I am not from El Paso but my car broke down so I left it at some friends house and came back to Colorado. I needed towing services so I googled tow companies and I found Juan and his reviews were great so I went off of that. I figured whoever I went with I had to trust them since everything was done over the phone. Juan met that expectation and got the job done on the date and time we agreed to. I highly recommend his services.

It was a Friday night and I could not get a hold of anyone. Thankfully I called J & V towing, Juan came out and was able to tow my car with no issue. I was able to book an appointment for the next day, same thing, he was prompt and delivered my car to the shop. Will definitely be using their services again.

Juan is not only extremely professional, but personal and sticks to his word. Gave me an ETA and got there prior to it. I don't know much about towing, and I don't have a lot of experience having my car towed (thankfully) but I will say this; This should be the one you call when in need of this service. Juan has years of experience and each time that he helped me I knew my car was safe. This was the first time I had to tow my car twice in a week, and each time Juan was flexible.
