Brian C did a great job getting our condo sold. He gave us excellent advice on pricing our property based on facts and data for the current market in our area. He helped hire good painters to get the unit ready for sale. We had an offer above asking price in a week! Brian navigated us through negotiations and once the contract was signed, his office jumped on it and helped us get thru the document signing process. Brian kept us up to date on what was going on throughout escrow. We can't say enough good things about him. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

We recently engaged Brian to rent out our condo - during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian Christie is a rock star. He gave solid guidance on how to price, spot on guidance for the right repairs to make, actually helped with some of the repairs to cut costs and reccommend good vendors for other stuff (though handyman did better work that the painter). What I was most impressed by was his tenacity in working with the buyers agent. They had trouble with their lender and he always pushed the right message out in getting thongs to move forward. When I asked questions he would respond almost instantly any time of the day or night. He is an extremely likable guy, but more importantly he is professional. We had an amazing experience, top-to-bottom, with Deborah and Brian. We bought our house in 2008, right before the market crashed, and had watched it lose a lot of value in the intervening 4 years.
