We recently sold a house during COVID with the Kaptains, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The house needed cosmetic work before listing, and they handled everything with minimal intervention from me and a ton of efficiency. It was a stressful time for us, but Dave and Jeff stayed cool through it all--no doubt this is related to their many years of experience and having "seen it all." We ended up selling the house for a price we were quite happy with, with an extremely smooth escrow process.

We just sold our house with this team and they were fantastic! Our sale moved very quickly (they got us our winning offer in under two weeks!), but they never made us feel rushed, always taking the time to explain every step of the process. Honestly, we didn't have to do much, as they took care of about everything for us and have contacts all over town.
They also helped us find a new house to rent and continue being super helpful with the rental. When we're ready to buy again, we will definitely have them help us find our next house!

Jeff was instrumental in helping me purchase my first condo. The West L.A. market is highly competitive and I couldn't have done it without Jeff! He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I could not give higher praise to the Kaptain brothers. I was told by a friend that if I listened to them and did what they suggested, my home would sell fast and for a lot of money. So I did. And it did. Any they took care of EVERYTHING. Even from construction projects to getting the AC fixed, they handled it all. I never had to check up on them and they were responsive at any time of the day or night. Obviously buying and selling a house is stressful and emotional time. I worked with Dave for nearly a year waiting for my dream house to come on the market. He was so patient and knew exactly what I was looking for -- he spoke to builders for me, got behind the scenes info on houses, and had a real passion for the actual process. This is going to sound crazy but Dave made buying a house easy. We just closed on our house last week and Dave did his best to make the 30 day escrow period as painless as possible. Even during the last week before the official close (when it was the most stressful), he talked us through ever single thing that was happening.
