After more than 25 years in leadership roles for several leading Property Management firms, Shelley James launched High 5 Realty Advisors in the fall of 2017 where she worked directly for apartment owners as an asset manager and advisor.

Prior to launching High 5, Shelley served as Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar where she was responsible for leadership of portfolio operations in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.

High 5 Residential is disgustingly unprofessional. I lived in Paxton CoolSprings and had major issues with the property management team constantly harassing me about my dog that was on my lease. I reached out to High 5 Residential and they refused to talk to me. Eventually the receptionist started recognizing my number on the caller ID and stopped answering my phone calls. Getting away from this property management company was a blessing. Don’t be fooled by their “luxury” properties, Paxton was beautiful but was poorly ran, poorly constructed, had constant pest issues and they did nothing

I’ve lived in the Franklin area in a number of apartments over the past 8 years and have dealt with probably 5 different management companies in that time. Many of them were non-responsive to both calls and emails.
High 5 is by far the best I've experienced. The on-site management and senior leadership team is incredible. I see Shelley on the property often checking on things. They are very responsive to calls and emails and are always welcoming when you walk in the office. Just know if the property is ran by this company, the quality of the property will drastically drop. Ive lived in Copperfield in Smyrna, TN and Paxton in Franklin. Trash overflowing the dumpsters are a problem, dogs are a problem, lack of response from the team, lack of solutions from the team.
