My philosophy on business is that all businesses are essentially a family and; therefore, some (if not all) families are dysfunctional. They need regular effort in monitoring, maintaining and strengthening relationships within the family and between family members (between employees and employees with management).
Sue brings 10 years of direct selling and sales management experience to organizations to assist them in realizing their business and growth objectives. She believes consistent sales and revenue growth comes from clear understanding of our target client matched with identifying client issues along with clear solutions that deliver measurable results.
Based in Geneva, Illinois, iMPACT Business Coaching and Mary Pat English deliver engaged organizations through performance based employee, management and leadership systems for current and development programs. Mary Pat English is always a pleasure to interact with. Her business acumen is always spot on and her enthusiasm is a breath of fresh air.
Build Member since 2018 - a coworking, makers' and hackers' space for business, hobbyists and entrepreneurs. We also participate in Business Connections - a BNI sponsored leads group. Networking in general, and the BNI model in particular, is an important tool of any business to reach outside their daily operation and interact with other business improvement focused business owners and leaders.
We all need a boost from time to time and the classic New Year's resolution process is one of the best. It is also a "too close to home" joke about how long you lasted before you gave up on your business resolutions last year. What happened? Why didn't it stick? Bill assisted our organization, a breakfast/lunch restaurant with introducing Quick Books to our accounting system. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding this software and accounting in general. Bill, the head of Impact has consulted for me for about 3 years. He's one of the smartest men I've ever met and has a photographic memory. His computer knowledge is unmatched and he's always come through for me. Don't be afraid of using him on an hourly basis. He can do more in one hour than some can do in five. Thumbs up, you can't go wrong!
