After two years of buying homeowner insurance from Norton & Siegel, I got a quote that is cheaper than what Aaron provided for my homeowner insurance. Then I decided to discontinue the homeowner insurance I had with him. Aaron learned that I am not going to continue the homeowner insurance with him then he went ahead canceled my flood insurance. When I called him, Arron was pretty angry and very rude. He said you don't continue your homeowner insurance so don't even bother to do the flood insurance with us. I don't understand why he reacted like this. I did not plan to discontinue my flood insurance
